Although I have to wonder what you mean by "lost its touch"... every returning member that I recognize is the same as usual, and the mood is the same as before. As has been stated before, we lost a lot of info and have to rebuild it. Over time it'll get better.
X2at least the crash got rid of all the inactive users... the true members that have something to add to the site will always be here....
well we'll see how things go. I usually check ephatch atleast twice a day minimum. Now its like whatever. That just my opinion ephatch did lost a lot of info and it does seem dead but I guess it will eventually be rebuilt.
