Just hook up laptop with car off, open calibration and go to TPS tab, click "read" next to 0% field to overwrite lower limit. Then depress pedal to floor and click read on 100% limit field to overwrite upper limit.
TPS now scaled in kpro, no screws/bolts to undo.

The rev limiter is not meant to be used as a shift light

hmmm, ive done that many times tho....keeps giving me diff numbers....like i'll do that and it'll say .8 low and 99.2 high and thats it? then its reset? cause sometimes i'll hit the low one, repeatedly and the number changes....goes from 2.4 to 2.8 to 2.4 to 2.8 to 2.4 to 2.8, somtimes it stays at the number its reading.....but that doesnt help the bounce.....

It is sounding more and more like a tuning issue with part throttle. How much street tuning for part throttle have you done?

Has there been a change in weather? How many hours of driving did you do during that 3 week period.

Sometimes cleaning the IAC doesnt cure them.

I would just hookup the laptop and datalog your idle and see if there is a large jump in cam/ignition advance/fuel in that area.

Have you checked all the way to the brake booster for a vacuum leak?

Follow up on where Doug is going but when you take the TPS readings, keep the lowest value for the minimum and highest for maximum that you have gotten ALL the times you have taken the readings. That way, you won't hit negative numbers on the TPS value.

Didn't see this before; definitely sounds like an EVAP system issue but moreover a vacuum leak.

You have a vacuum leak of some sort. Make sure the EVAP solenoid isnt leaking. Check the PCV valave(remove, clean and shake it to hear a rattle).

Yes, that's part of the system, check page 11-170 in the service manual for locations.
Do procedure Step 3 on page 11-175 and step 1 on 11-180 to check EVAP valve

    For PCV... http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43578
