The brake booster is the big vacuum line on the IM, follow it back and you will see the big, round, black, brake booster on the firewall.

I really hope that you get this figured out...You and I seem to be in the same boat and I don't have time to deal with it until I get home. Then, I have less than one week to figure this out before I have to go to DC for work...

Use a can of carb cleaner and spray it around the injectors/TB etc and see if there is any idle change.

I looked at that datalog and each time it jumps in rpm the A/F goes super lean and you get a knock or two. There also appears to be an issue with the CAM vrs CAMCMD, each of those spikes also spikes the CAMCMD. Have you done any tuning lately? I couldnt really tell much as I also need you to send a copy of your kal as well, to see if there is a CAMCMD issue or just a byproduct.

hows the gasket on the throttle body? you are supposed to get a new one each time you take the tb off.

get some brake cleaner, start the car let it idle weird, then use short buirts of the brake cleaner around the engine area, to see if it raises the idle for a sec or so. if it does you have a leak.

if that does not work ERASE your ECU

    then wait 1 min.

ERASE it again and wait one min. then upload a the map again.

Its possible with all the uploading the ecu might have messed up.
