DAMN.....thats crazy you must have had a lot of power in that a2......i wish you the best man...because i know how it feels to spend money on it.....but i hope your new build comes out stronger....best of luck
demand to see datalogs and printouts, bc thats bs if they dont.
if all you signed is the credit card slip and were not advised of waiving any rights i would personally take them to court if they do not help you.
please post any and every pic you can
just by even looking at the car we might not be able to tell what happened

for that kind of power it sounds like he never made it over 5000 rpm's. hell i made around 280 crank hp at 4600 rpms.
i kno but i didnt see the 2nd page i just read the first page and posted what I did but I know thats not good at all because a a3 + cybernation kit makes like 260 and 8lbs of boost and the compression is 9:8:1 on a3 and a stock type-S has 11:0:1 compression + boost should of hit 250 hp at like 5 or 6lbs of boost...
Another Was That I Was Looking At The Boost Gauge And It Said It Was Doing About 25psi. But The Tuner Said He Did It At 10psi.
So Idk
but it wont make sense if the car hit 25psi only making 253whp

at 10 psi on an a2 he should have been around 350
I made more that what he made whp wit semi built k24 when i had it b4 it blew up doing to a tuner leaning the shyt out of my tuning......so i know he could of and should of made more wit that that many lbs of boost. after that i just gave up builidng motors and bought a k20a
I'm street tuning my k24a1 now and i'm looking good so far. 12.8 - 13.6 from 3000 to redline. with only a few knocks.
im basicly sol because if i want to bring it to let said evan tuning..that makes i have to get it tow and that involves money
