Front and back brake pads?

Ok so I'm planning on buying the Hawk ceramic pads for the front, but I was wondering if i should also get some for rear to balance it out if you know what I mean? I dont do alot of aggressive driving so the Hawk ceramic pads fit my style better than say the HP or HPS pads. Any suggestions?.. Thanks

The hawk ceramics are pretty much an oe replacement pad so the bias will be very well close to stock. No need to change the rears if they're not worn down. Plus it won't hurt to have a more aggresive pad up front as they do most the braking on our cars.
