DIY: Cleaning the brown/black exhaust stain on the bumper

Really simple but I have seen a lot of people not bother to take 5 seconds to do this.

Keep in mind that the darker it gets, the easier it is for people (law enforcement) to see you are not using a catalytic converter on your car or that you have a modified exhaust system. I have since put a hi-flow cat on so this is no longer a problem for me.

I used cheap/generic "greased lightning" from WalMart but the Armor All wipes or any other orange clean wipes work just as well.

A good trick to making this job easier is to do it on a regular basis. Regardless of whether or not you are washing the car, this literally takes a minute or two and removes all the yellow/brown/black/nasty staining associated with having a race header.

I'm starting to get this.... but I think it's mostly due to the heat.

I have a hi-power with the hfp rear lip.
