    strut bars

Are there strut bars available yet for our ride? I'm going to buy the fatter sway bar for the rear, but I really want some strut bars.

Cool... definitly post your pics with your strut bars.

For the front strut bar, it looks like it will be a bitch to install.

does a rear strut bar make a huge difference?

i have heard that most don't. is this true? i am planning on getting a rear sway for sure, but if the rear strut bar won't make a difference then i won't get it. any thoughts?

Hatchbacks normally need rear strut bars more than other cars because the rear section stiffness is suffering from the open rear contruction. My guess is that a rear bar would be a great investment. On the Type R this bar is standard equipment, but I think it can be improved upon since it is a compromise between useable trunk space and rigidness.

The Type R front also has a strut bar but it is positioned very low and hardly visible. There is actually plenty of room to install a second one on the regular mounting points;)

BTW - great too see you guys in the US/Canada are already making progress with the EP

I never thought of it like that. I know that with coupes it's really just for show. You can barely tell the difference.
