you also need a collector plenum over them to clean up airflow...and so you can put on a filter

    true-ish.
I saw a dyno of b16 with ITB's and it made more power everywhere, not just high up.

i've never seen anyone use an air collector plenum thingy over the ITB's.

all racing applications use a collector plenum...its the only way to ensure maximum gains with ITBs...

the stacks on the ITBs are called velocity stacks, and they work like an airplane wing in a way and as air flows over them, the air accelerates into the ITBs...so what is required is a plenum to control airflow over the stacks...without it the air is turbulant...plus you need to have a filter on them...

I dont really buy into the brand name mumbo jumbo.
regaurdless of the name, its about the process. If its good its good.
some of the most well known company's had to make duds when they were first starting, and now their "shits good"

Nice price but I don't think it will do much on the A3.

Agreed. AND the rb26 in the skylines used itb's with a common plenum for FI. Properly tuned(that includes length) itb's drive fine and have excellent mid range but really shine on throttle response.

Is there a collector plenum for K20.?? I have seen ITB esp. for RSXs but never with a plenum...

It doesnt seem like there is any room under the hood for one unless you take out the radiator.
