    #10 53541-S7A-003 END, TIE ROD
    #26 94030-12280 NUT, HEX. (12MM)
    #27 94201-30220 PIN, SPLIT (3.0X22)

The tie rod ends come with the boot pre-packed with grease. You can re-use part #20 (locknut) if yours are still good.

    I have EP3 tein flex.
After installing, you will not have enough room for toe adjustment.
You need to find out a way to adjust it.
    there are two ways.
1)) get the T1R inverted tie rod end
Or, 2) you will need to buy J's racing tie rod. it's longer and gives room for toe adjustment.

Was the toe too far in or out? It's weird that Tein made their coilovers so bad... I have Function & Form Type-S coilovers, and I have a huge range of toe adjustment with the Type-S tie rod ends on factory tie rods.

If you have the EP3 specific one on your EP3, you should have enough room for toe adjustment unless you are down to the floor slammed!

Were you able to bring the toe to 0 degree?
