to adjust you unbolt it and move the entire center piece you basically just line up the holes as you move/adjust. at least in concept thats how you do it.

my seibon wing was pre-drilled, although I haven't tried to adjust it I just put it on the car as is.

the mugen wings pre-drilled wholes aren't really lined up....
but u can force the screw in.... and it will hold

I try adjusting my Seibon, but it just wont budge, so I said forget about it because breaking a $461, I would kill myself. BTW, I got it when a couple of years ago.
