    04 Taillights...

Sooo, they suck. I want to put 02-03 tails on, is it a direct fit? Alternatively if anyone knows of a taillight with a black housing or appearance that'd match up with the projector headlights showstoppers sell, that'd work too. I wanna get CF Hood and some lights that'd flow with it well.

I heard the fitment is the same, but I also heard you have to change the bulbs though for some reason because they don't fit right. Don't quote me on that. A lot of 04-05 owners do that, so I'm sure someone will chime in to help you.

yeah you have to swap bulbs, and swap sockets for one too. i forget how it all works because i did it over a year ago. but it was like the reverse for the 04 becomes a turn signal for an 02, i remember one bulb becomes something else, one bulb stays the same, and one bulb needs a whole new connector and socket.

04 brake light socket -> 03 brake light socket (no changes).
04 turn signal socket -> 03 revere light socket (can be reused).
New socket and bulb must be purchased or the 03 turn signal.

Getting the bulb is easy, but would like pepboys or autozone have the socket too?

    no, they won't have it.

look it up on majestic honda, they have diagrams of all the parts and call out what its called. then call up your honda dealer and ask them to get the part, or you can just order it from majestic. i just like to have shit for the next day rather than wait a week.
