    Height Adjustment HELP!

    Hey guys,
I am just adjusting my height for my Tein flex.
So after adjusting the height. How do I lock the "lower bracket" to specific torque using the wrentch?

    Thanks for the help!

    i know that..haha

Do you just hand tighten the bottom bracket as tight as possible??

What i meant is.. there is a torque specification listed on my manual.
but how would I know how much force I applied..@@
you can't use a torque wrentch on it..

i tighten mine to german specs...gutten tight lol. i'm not sure how you would measure any torque spec on the spools. just wrench them tight and you should be good to go.
