progress has different versions of rear sways for 02-03 and 04-05 EPs?

check it out on CRSX parts store
    http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/EP3SSB.html

    the 02-03 version fits a 02-06 RSX base/type-s, but the 04-05 doesn't?

    i wonder why they're different..

I know that progress released two different sizes. Initially, they did only a 22mm (what I've had) for both the ep and the dc5, but later on they started a larger 24mm sway with two adjustments at the ends with replacement endlinks.

There is no reason why they shouldn't all fit, at least none that I know of. We can use the 21mm rsx sway and everything progress offers as well.

There are no differences in the rear suspension between the years. other than sway size.

I have the 24MM for the RSX on my 02. From what I am told there is a difference from the 02-03 and 04-05. I remember a member got a wrong year sway and it would not fit it was just a little off for the end links hookup.
