get the immoblizer reflashed- Kprocivic has it right, just immoblizer
So you both go to the dealership, get them to reflash YOUR ECU to HIS immoblizer and hes good to go, then install HIS kpro into your car and take it to go get tuned.
it is not cost effective but yes, for 150 bux u can get hondata to remove a board from one ecu and transfer it to another.

yes you both go to the dealership. he gives you his ecu you will need a laptop to disable the immobilizor so his ecu will work in your car. his car will run like crap on your ecu so he would need a oem type s ecu. a used ecu goes anywhere between 150-300 used. sometimes you can find them on club rsx for crackhead prices.
