    mugen ss

    hey whats up all?
for the last couple of days ive been doing research on the mugen ss, ive heard nothing but good things about the ride quality and the handling but the only thing bothering me about this set up is the ride height. i tried searching but the only thing that comes up are old post with links that dont work anymore. im planning on throwing some 17 inch wheels on my 05 and have the opportunity to puchase a ctr front end conversion for a real bargain and would like to get a better idea of how it would look before i make a big investment like this. the problem that i find with our cars is that factory suspension set up and the short wheel base of our car give it the illusion that it sits so high up and doesnt really look that attractive, and it is quite difficult to imagine what the front lip will do to the ride height in the front as far as looks. pics of an 04-05 si with ctr conversion with the mugen ss would greatly be helpful and appreciated. thank you for your time.

it will look great, i believe it drops close to 1.5" so that would be a perfect stance for the ep3.

    That drop looks great!

Seems like the Mugen setup is probably the best all-around coilover for our cars...and it's not nearly as expensive as you would think considering it's made by Mugen

i agree 100%, but the drop is still bothering me, dont think it's low enough to give it that aggressive stance.
