very little, just trimmed the corner out of the bumper where the outter clips go on the grill, sticky taped the top and bottom of grill like mugen suggests for mounting anyway...well mugen just wants you to sticky the bottom, but it worked out

yep o and dont forget we also drilled two holes where the outter clips go

fits as good as when i had it on a 04/05 type r bumper...the 04/05 mugen grill is raised a bit...it doesnt sit flush even on the correct bumper
