    I/RH/E + Reflash Dyno Numbers?

Just curious... I put in a search for hondata reflash, but i didn't find anything. I'm sure someone's got this set-up and has some dyno numbers?... right? lol

I wanna see if it's worth the $500... i've had the I/RH/E set-up for 2-3 years now, so I wanna spice it up a lil.

from what I have read before and after the site crash you won't see much of anything on the dyno. I too am planning on getting a reflash in the next few weeks and then upgrading to k-pro later down the road. It will just help smooth your powerband. So there will be increases in power and torque, but not at the top end. Some people with I/H/E and k-pro with a tune have hit 165-170.

Hm... interesting. Well just with I/RH/E I pulled 170whp, so i was hoping i could pull to 180whp with reflash, but i guess not =(.

and yes, 170 is higher than the average with my set-up, i know. Most make 165whp, but i dunno, factory freak i guess? I dyno'd 146whp with just a CAI on a diff. dyno.

the reflash will smooth out the power band and the torque curve. You can stay at the max hp point longer due to the higher redline, but yeah, no dyno number jump.

well if I don't hear back from a member in the next 3 weeks about buying his reflash, I'll probably just go ahead and get k-pro. I have been trying to determine what exactly is my FCF(free cash flow). I will have roughly 1,450 by the end of the week, but since I am flying to NYC July 9th for a week I was afraid that my flight would cost too much on top of spending money while there to be able to afford K-pro. Luckily I just hit up priceline.com and found a roundtrip ticket for $198. Leaving me with $400 of toy money for the week while there.

I figure on July 4th or 5th I will be saying good buy to a sport that has consumed my life for 19yrs. Might as well give myself the gift of k-pro, if I don't get the reflash that is.

once you get the reflash you will want kpro, personally there really isnt any point to get just reflash unless you are getting a killer deal from a member and you get to keep your stock ecu. then you could run the reflash untill you have money to send your stock ecu out for kpro, then sell the reflash for what you paid for it and your golden

    K-pro

I always had the k-pro question.

If I get k-pro, will it have the re-flash data in the program?

If I get reflash for my a3 and later swap for a2, will k-pro have that reflash for the a2 stored in the program, or will I have to buy the a2 reflash.

if you get k-pro there is a high octane tune map and a low octane tune map for the a3. Neither of them are identical to the hondata reflash. If you just get a reflash then you will have to upgrade to k-pro when you get an a2. K-manager will have several calibrations to choose from to get you started with the a2.

p.s.- I just put in my order tonight for k-pro!!!
