what does it do?

grounding strap, used in japan to prevent static shock when getting out of cars. its also suppose to improve radio frequency. it really does help out on the static shocks. its wat you see on city busses. but its just funny to see other people point and tell you have something hanging from your car. priceless

i dont think id modify my bumper to put one in...but i might on my old civic...it has lots of room in the bumper...but this shitty thing is that whenever the used ones pop up on ebay they are STUPID expensive...its like "ok...id love to have one for the cool function, but no way im paying that much just to compete with the kids that are buying it cuz itll make their car more mad wicked jdm
