Wow that is a sweet cutoff for a depot projector. There must be a swapped projector to have such a well rounded cutoff like. Im definitely thinking about coppin me a set.

im absolutely amazed, the cut off is really good.
I was expecting to see half circles on the wall but thats really good, I might get a set now that I know i'll still be able to see, I'll take the covers off though and amber the turn signals so they look more like the real thing.

not sure how these exact headlights work
but you can either open the housing and remove the projector from the front or unscrew the cup from the rear, there is a curved piece of metal that is usually mounted on screws that can be slid forward or backward.
Moving it forwards and backwards puts it out of focus, the more out of focus it is the more blurry your cut off, and sometimes this produces more color.
Putting it towards the bulb will refract the light red and orange and yellow colors.
Putting it away from the bulb will make blues and purples and occasionally deep reds.
Thinning the cut off shield or filing it down and tac welding a piece of aluminum flashing to make a very thin shield will create a very very sharp cut off line, but when it is out of focus it will create a wide array of colors.
The cut off line can be modified by making the shield straight, usually they have an indentation and a bump, by filing down the bump and building up the indentation you can get a perfectly straight cut off.

some projectors already use thin aluminum or other metals instead of a heavy duty thick piece of metal.
In these cases there are usually two pieces spaced apart, by removing the front shield you can make your cut off sharper.
