    D-specs in!

Well last night i installed my new tokico d-spec struts. My first reaction these is simply WOW! they feel amazing. Take in mind my stocks were pretty gone lol. But these feel amazing. The car feels so much more "connected". I can take turns at much higher speed and the car still feels so stable. Before it would just bounce everywhere and feel dead. The car just feels so alive now, I love it! The install when pretty straight forward. Took my time and it took a lil under 2 hours. Learned a new trick (prob. not new to most of you, but i don't do suspensions that often) but if u take off the axle nut and release the axle a lil, it won't POP out. I have a shop, 3 lifts and all the tools and air tools u could ever need so doing this wasn't an issue (most won't have the socket or strength/leverage to break that nut loose). But if you can, it makes it EASY!.
I currently have the struts set all the way stiff all the way around. It feels great the way it is and i like a "stiff" ride. And it's not bone-jarringly stiff either. All in all, i DEF! recommend these to anyone!!
I will try and get some pics tonight if i get time.

I always wanted to see a picture of d spec off the car, what else came inside the box? Did you have to put it together, first picture seems just like the springs grooves but where is the bottom piece?

awesome, congrats! i love mine! for a "perfect" dd, i set the fronts to 3.5 or 4 full turns out, and set the rears to 2 full turns out.

i've found that softening the fronts a bit more, and stiffening the rears makes the car more neutal and less understeer prone.
