YES IT CAN WORK with few modification.

false. Real jdm fogs wont fit usdm bumpers and vice versa
and i think im the only one that was able to get the jdm housing by itself. I got it from wayne at ssr because he had a spare from his personal stash, so i got lucky. I dont know anyone that normally sells just the jdm housing. I think the only way to go is modding the usdm housing to fit.
I have a pic of usdm fogs modded to jdm bumper, but the pic isnt that great. The emphasis was the car not the foglight when i took the pic.

I'll post mine when i finish the installation, but my bumper is not the jdm is the EP2 if i'm not wrong, but still they wont fit in perfectly!
