tranny popping/creaking...

this is probably a noob question, but hey we're not all perfect...

ok i recently installed a new clutch in my ep, but EVER since it was put in it's popped/creaked...

i went to a tranny shop and had it everything checked and it was fine. then i went to a suspension shop and they said everything was right, but the springs might be shifting. (g/c coilovers, tokico struts)

i don't think that's the problem. i was told my trie rod ends are bad, but i replaced those in early spring.

i'm using mobil 1 10-40 synthetic motor oilinstead of tranny fluid. could that be it? this is prolly it, but i don't know...

You've put oil into the tranny that's out of spec... did you not read the manual to determine the proper tranny fluid? Put Honda MTF in there before you check anything else.
