I had to do the same thing man. You have to mess with it alot to get it to fit right. That was the one downfall for buying it IMO. But its on now.
Picked up a Neuspeed front strut bar today. Doesn't quite fit. About a half inch out on one side. Should I be jacking the car up to install this. Will that releave some stress and give me that extra half inch? My other question is, if I jack the car up and it fits, will this mess up my alignment??

My buddy installed the Cusco Strut in his TSX and it was over by just about a half an inch as well. We had to jack up the car and use a rubber mallet to get it into place
Just got it on. Took the car for a rip. Feels great. And looks good to.
i just put on side half way on and just the strut bar over the other screws and tap the top with a rubber mallet and it went down. i don't think your suppose to raise the car up. i think it says it in the manual. go to neuspeed's website and look up the install directions.
