If you do it right you will get great benefits from either setup. Will this be a DD?
I have been looking online for what kind of suspension I want for my ep3. Thing is, I dont know which suspension manufacture I should roll with, and if I should invest in springs or coilovers. I heard that Tein is very reliable for suspension, but I also heard Mugen and Skunk is also good. Now, im just shooting for better cornering and lower height, so I was just thinking about going with springs, but my friend keep's suggesting to just go all out with coilovers. Any opinions?

Yeah it's my DD. And I have decided to go more along the lines of AutoX also. I heard AutoX is cheap and fun. True?
depends on your track man. theres a new track here in nevada but in pahrump. big time owners looking to do big events in the near future. alot of money for driving for the weekend.
I had a similar post in the past, I was told Skunk2 springs were a little soft for track.. I'm not personally going for track.. Right now i'm trying to decide between H&R springs and eibach springs.. Pretty sure the Eibach sportlines give a 1.5" drop and the H&R springs give a 2" drop, so i'm leaning towards the H&R's... Main reason i'm just thinking springs is $$$$
Good luck..

Where I live at there are a bunch of whindy roads and turn, so im considering track suspension's since eventually I want to race track. I was looking at Tein S tech spring's which go for about $260. Does that seem reasonable to you guys?
