haha guys, i'm no baller!! the only reason why i'm able to afford modding both rides is because:

    1. i still live at home
    2. no gf so that saves me tons of $$$$$
    3. i work full time as a dental technician making dental crowns.

so i figure i might as well do all this now while i still have the chance!

Naw, the 16-35mm f/2.8L is way better. The best wide I have ever owned and used . . . the 17-40mm f/4.0L is my second choice.

yeah i was debating on whether or not i should pick up the 16-35. but for me it wouldn't really make sense since i shoot with a 20 and 40 D so i get the shitty crop factor.

Dude, you don't need full frame. I switched over from a 5D to a 40D (1 month before the initial release date). I was beta testing a 40D for my work, since they sent us one before releasing it to the public. I liked it so much I sold the 5D body for a 40D and got a 70-200mm f/2.8L IS with the extra money.

Well, I did it because they are supposedly releasing a new version of the 5D soon (if they have not already). Plus, my clients cannot tell the difference when they make their prints anyways LOL.

Enough thread jacking, but nice ass parts =).
