    mugen SS.

I recently noticed that my mugen suspension is sagging a little in the rear. I have about a 1" gap in the rear. Is this normal for the suspension to look this bad?

I have 215/45/17 on my ep at the moment.

Mine are like that, and I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly. They were like that right after I took the car off the jacks. I'll try to post some pics later.

The rears are a 1.8" drop and then they will sag a bit after they have been on the car. This increases the caster of the front wheels a little, better for straight line stability.

I got 120K miles or so out of the MugenSS before the ride became obnoxious.

I have about 30k miles on mine and a good amount of time on the track. They do seem to have sagged/lowered a bit compared to when they were new.

    agreed.

that is what i heard happens after a period of time. there is no weight on brand new springs and after a while they settle. some brands settle differently than others.
