swaybar rests on lower control arms??

I just want to know it rests on it and everytime I brake or go over a bump makes a loud thump noise just want to know how do I fix this problem its actually getting annoying

Man I bought the car like that over 1 yr ago and ive alwas thought it was the shocks going ive bought like 3 sets of shocks already thinking that was the problem but this weekend ima check it out to see if I cld fix the problem
