Someone: ....Oh.....is that the one with that fucked up stick? (referring to shifter)

Yeah, they just don't know. F'ed up shifter. I get into other cars and find myself wishing that every shifter was dash mounted cause it's plainly better for driving.

The only people I ever hear complain about the shifter in the Shoe are people who drive like jackasses, one hand on the wheel, one on the shifter, leaned to the side, what have you. There is no where to rest your right arm... except on the wheel where it f'ing should be.

no one has ever said to my face it looks like a mini minivan. I get egg shape a lot, and hybrid. I've had a few newer GTi owners do a double take. I personally think it looks like a matrix.

and my turning radius doesn't seem that bad...I take it you have 04-05's?

I have an '04 and have noticed an "un-Honda" like turning radius.

I rarely get hated on by random people. One drunk guy asked me if it was a girl's car. My manager always called my car a smashed minivan. He drives a ferio with the extended spoiler braces so I called it a shopping cart and he stopped.
