How similar are the HFP side Skirts and the CTR side skirts

Are they pretty close? Anybody have a picture showing a EP with the JDM bumpers, CTR front and rear lip (or mugen front and CTR rear) with the HFP sides. It would just be way way easier to get the HFP skirts since they come already painted.

Thanks in advance for the help

The front of the sideskirt wouldn't line up with the front lip. The HFP is higher in the small area in front of the door.

Not sure about the mugen front.

Mugen front is the same height as the type-r. It was designed to go with the type-r kit.

Real CTR side skirts come painted too. As long as you have a color that the CTR was available in...

HFP sides are super weak, the front is way too high and is fugly with out the HFP front to match.

I totally disagree with you on that. There are three 12" clips that each skirt sits in, as well as three brackets on the bottom, and two self-tapping screws in the front wheel well.

If properly installed, those things aren't going anywhere.

Or you can sack it up and use the same clips and make holes for the CTR sides... If I pull mine off there will be holes, but they won't come off with out some work.
But my point wasn't how well they stay on the car. I meant "weak" as in they aren't cool, not "weak" as in not strong.

The HFP sides look great with the HFP front and rear lip. Doesn't look good if you mix and match different kits. Only exception is mugen from lip with type-r sides and rear lip.

HFP sideskirts are often wavy looking. I had this problem with my sideskirts and I have seen many other people with brand new HFP sideskirts having the waviness issue. It's REALLY noticeable if your car is NHBP. I would go with genuine Honda CTR sideskirts, they come painted, factory fit and they look just like the HFP sideskirts.
