      What do the blacked out bumper lights look like illuminated?

      Are they just a white light then, since theyre a clear lens over a black housing? I havent been able to find any pics with them lit up at night.

      Yeah, there pretty much just white light. I got the ones that are black on the inside and clear on the outside, but i put that vynal taillight tint on em too. If I think abut it ill take a pic tonight after work and post it up if im not beaten to it.

      They're very dim, at night its similiar to how it would look if the bulb was just dangling there
      You should tint them for sure to diffuse the light a little

      you should just paint them to match your car and not put a bulb in there.

      My tabs are broken and they won't stay in, thats why Im getting rid of them. I might just put in the clear lenses with an amber bulb, or put the clear ones in with no bulb at all.
