what color rims on a vbp?

ok so i have a 03 vbp on gold 17s there called some shit like bsa i bought the car with the wheels. Now i need some new tires so im going to get new rims also i was wondaring what you guys think i should get as far as suspension i just have neuspeed springs and rear sway with lca. Give me your opinions and here is a side pic of the car

Those rims look pretty nice, if I were you I would keep them, get a rear sway bar (22mm) and shocks (Konis, or Dspecs).

already have the rear sway i just need some coilovers and front sway bar and ill be pretty much set

I do like gold on VBP. I had bronze wheels on mine at first and sold them in favor of Gunmetal with a polished lip. For Reference:
