i realize i need rsx-s tie rods as well
They will bolt in the front, the rear struts are too wide at the bottom mount and need to be ground down to fit the EP3 chassis.

yea, i'll have to grind the rear ones.....
but could i use my tein EP specific springs with the rsx-s shocks??
The shock damping probably won't be much better than your stockers if that is what your concern is. I'd go with aftermarket shocks for any lowering springs. Unless your current shocks are blown, which, in that case, just use the RSX-S if you already have them, otherwise, go aftermarket.
