yeah its when you bring it up high then just slowly let the rpms back down, sounds like that ha
havent been that nervous in a while
like i said mike, if he wasnt so well known and trusted, etc. i woulda thought it was some back alley boot leg thing considering the location
he said the dyno pak cost him 89g...... 6 years ago
bout fucking time shes done. Congrats bro
Nice ride, I know what you mean about that sound. Mine does the same thing but I upgraded to the RFL. I just have one question, do you accelerate a little harder in 2nd gear just to hear the bov? It has been a year and a half and I still do it. :tehehe:
You are hot Kevvvv
Jeff is hands down one of the best tuners around, and not just for Hondas. He can pretty much tune any make or model of car. I cannot wait to change my current setup just so I can go back and see what sort of magic he can make. Good numbers! Enjoy!
why not 10-15 psi?
good numbers though on 7 pounds
i once had a 592whp ep on pump gas, i sold it and bought a Z
(heed my advice i know what im doing)
i think he said something about the map sensor
Hondata 4bar map sensor.
http://www.hondata.com/4barmap.html
It came out 2 days after I rigged my GM 2bar. The nice thing about this one is it is plug and play.
i thought he said i needed the map sensor and change the spring to 10psi spring in the gate
i guess since its daily driver its fine, i was hoping for 280ishwhp @10 psi though
he said highway mileage should see about 33-35mpg
jason just fyi, he said the correct way to hook up the wastegate is to leave the top port vented to teh atmosphere, i had it done the other way both conenct by a T and the boost was creeping to 12 psi and leaning out

and have your boost controller connected inline with the bottom port?
sorry but thats just wrong
the proper way is for the BC to be inline with the top port
i have a 7psi spring in mine and if i disconnect the BC and leave the top port vented i still creep
but the top port is for a controller if you are not using a controller you have to leave the top port vented
