the ep3/rsx has the worst straight line traction out of any other honda made

the McPherson struts up front are to blame for 70% of it

the car is a twisty car not a drag car (from a roll helps)

for example take my exact setup
    clone it
    load it into an EK
place sand bags in the EK to equal the weight of an ep3
    race them

the ek will always come out on top
the ep /rsx will always fight for traction and come in second

musty and the crsx guys have said something about front camber shifts under weight transfer

and its evident in my DR's as only the outer edges show the pilling slicks get from traction loss

basically from what i have seen your contact patch gets cut in half under weight transfer
i once had a 592whp ep on pump gas, i sold it and bought a Z
(heed my advice i know what im doing)

you dont need axles. i been running on stock axles for 2 yrs with 300+whp. i get a 2.0-1 60' on my neo gens now that i have learned how to drive my car right. with stock clutch, stock wheels/tires, revhard kit, base map@9psi(which made the same power as you at the time) i ran 13.4@107

Congrats Kev I'm happy to see that you got her running right. As for the numbers I think they are good and are more than enough for a daily driver. Enjoy it homie !

yea plus the track is about 1hr 30 min from me on the taconic, so if it breaks down, you cant even tow on the tacnoic they hire it out to towing companies and they are the only ones allowed on it

so i would have to either pya them or take the long way back with a trailor which im sure would be double the time

so i was nervous, but it was fun and thats all i do it for

wait you cant take a personal trailer on a certain road?

im pretty sure the rule may only apply to actual wrecker specific type vehicles
