What offset do i go wit?

Im orderin my flatblack 17x7.5 slips tonight and i dunno which offset will fit do i go with 45 or 48mm?

Out of the two, I would go with +45.

check chrispychicken's ride. you'll have to roll the rears. but if i had to order wheels over again (i have 17x7.5 +45), it would be 17x8.

I would go for the +45 if I were to pick. If you are slammed, the extra 3mm from the +48 might save you a bit of rubbing.
