i'm not sure if that will fit. try it. you might have to do some modifications. if it fits, it should look good with those euro plates.
The grill reminds me of the new USDM civics. But if you get it for cheap why not.

the grill is molded into the bumper. this is also the same as the ep2, and it will fit perfectly with no modification. as i recall correctly, someone with a taffeta white ep3 had this bumper a number of years ago.
yea,and if i didn't like the way it looks, i could just cut the grill and put the 04-05 grill on
