Ok, i want to raise my car to the stock(oem) ride height..... anybody know what's the measure(like from ground to fender or something like this...) , and where to take the measurement correctly? oh and i have coilovers.

Before I installed my HFP suspension, I measured stock ride height from the ground to the fender at its outside edge. Measuring at the outside edge is most important at the rear since the stock fender lip angles down quite a bit. Here's what I got:
Front: 26-1/8"
Rear: 26-3/8"

I'd just get someone running a stock suspension to take measurements at a few different points, that should work (or at least get you in the ballpark, since two suspensions probably won't settle exactly the same way).
Why go back to stock height?
Could be he's having speed bump/crappy road problems, or may he's running into that roll center problem our cars have when they're lowered too much. The one where the front control arms start to point upwards when the car is dropped too low, causing lots of understeer in a track environment.
I go back to stock height because the handling is mutch better( lots of understeer and stearing rack stress...) than 2 inch drop. I have ohlin's and i dont want to hurt them anymore, i like them to much.
I hear ya. Our suspension will let us get away with a little drop, but anything over about 1" starts to compromise handling.
15tfan , do you know the height of your car now with the hfp? and what's your tire and rim size?
Do not forget that the ride height will also depend on the wheel/tire size as well.
