Help... A pillar Plastic cover?

The plastic covers on the A pillars next to the glass... how do you remove them? I see they have these green clips (3 from the bottom up) then another clip at the top. Anyone done this before or have an idea? I am trying to fix the adhesive under the rubber lining. It has gotten old i guess or it is from when the windshield was replaced.

If you havent done this already !!!

They pop off up at an angle towards the roof but they are tricky, pretty much have to give it a light tug. Work from top to bottom then to reapply its bottom to top reverse all that was done to them.

If you break any piece on them you will have to replace since you need full contact to lock back the plastic cover piece from flying off, but green clips are cheap from a trip to honda.
