20CiviC02Si's Taffy w/ Super Rare Stark RC Wheels

Was at a friends house just chilling with some buddies of mine. We got bored so we decided to test fit some super rare wheels on cars. Since he only had one set with tires on it we got to work swapping my Works for the 16x7 Stark RCs on. Here are the pics. We also swapped them onto our friend's 1983 Honda Civic 1500DX.

It's a differentl look that's for damn sure. However it didn't look all that bad. I would have probably chosen a different color for the wheels, but then again we just tested them for fun! We had a good time and you all don't have to worry about me switching to them. Even with a 25mm wheel spacer my front calipers were still rubbing. Diameter of the wheel isn't wide enough for a BBK.

Yeah it was fun getting those pics in that car. Definitely not functional. We wanted to get a good laugh by essentially putting "DUBS" on the '83! Going from a 13-14" wheel to a 16" was great. Wheels weren't even able to turn because they were sitting up against all for struts, even with 25mm spacers all around!

I agree with you guys completely! However here are some better pics with a D80. This was only done because we were bored.

Oh you don't have anything to worry about in that regard. However i do have a set of wheels that i want to purchase sometime down the road. Possibly next year. I can say that not many people have these on an EP3 and they'll cost me a pretty penny.

Well there are two type of import styles. One is purely for show, usually slammed to the ground and tucking the tires. Now we have a new variation of this style which is the whole "Stance" look. Slammed cars with super negative offsets and STUPID amounts of rear camber. I absolutely despise this look. Then you have the second group. People who actually use their cars and modify them for an intended use, also knows as "FUNCTION > FORM". Whether it's solely to make a fun daily driver that can hug the curves, building a car to get the fastest 1/4 mile times, or your hardcore track enthusiast. They don't really care about how the car looks so much as to how it performs. Slamming your car to the ground actually handicaps a car's performance. The only way to truly make it work is by having a custom suspension geometry made for that specific ride height. I don't have the cash for that! LOL!
