OEM is going to be a lot of money, unless its under warranty you are better off going aftermarket or test pipe

Well another option if you don't want to fix the cat immediately (due to costs) would be to use an o2 de-fouler like the test pipe guys use to get rid of their cel.
that's exactly what i did, the spark plug non fouler for the second o2. Only it didn't completely work. Timeline:
000 miles - non fouler
150 miles - CEL
~500 miles - CEL magically off
510 miles - State Inspection (Pass ! :D)
517 miles - CEL back on
so i guess i really lucked out. I am installing some new pulstar iridium spark plugs this weekend, so that may help keep the CEL off (not that i care now) if the signals are dancing around the CEL threshold.
I had made a bone head move and fouled my primary O2 sensor and the check engine light came on P0134 (primary o2). But the car never went into limp mode, so I guess it was an intermitent problem. Check engine light would go off for a few hundred miles and then come back on. I drove the car like that for almost 2 years without issue. I finally replaced the sensor and its off now. If I were you I would not stress to much about the CEL if you passed your inspection. Just keep checking periodically to make sure you don't have any new codes.
