how to remove headrest centers?

anyone know how to remove the head rest centers? it looks like its 2 pieces. id like to remove them and paint them black or silver to match the interior

all you need is a flathead screwdriver. there are 7 hook/tabs that you have to pry off on each headrest insert. the directions for the seat cover removal is on page 20-75 of the shop manual. the actual removal of the head rest inserts is on page 20-77.
