oil restrictor?

hey guys im back again haha. so i got an ebay 60-1 and was wondering what size oil restrictor i should run?

also, any fa guys here going turbo too?

You don't need a restrictor on a journal bearing turbo

but when i had my cybernation, i blew the turbo without a restrictor and it was a journal bearing turbo.

I had a turbonetics 50 for about 80k with no restrictor, no smoke untill about 70k on the turbo. Now I have a precision sc44 with no restrictor, about 13-14k on it with no problems so far. Both are journal.

i run a -3an fittin.. no restrictor on my emusa 50 trim.. shit runs mint.. 2k miles on the setup..
