help with noise coming from rear suspension

Hey everyone, well im bummed this is my first post having to do with something negative about my ep. Today i noticed while going over a speed bump that my car is making a very strange noise which seems to be coming from the rear suspension especially the drivers rear. I cant really describe the noise kind of sounds like when u squeeze a raquetball and my car is also making that noise when i make a turn at parking speeds. Please give me any info you guys have on this thanx.
