i need help with a lil tunning im running lean and was wondering what i could change to make it where it need to be its at 14.5 and i was told that it should be like 13.3 ish

You need to learn some basics about engines and tuning before you start tweaking fuel and such in KManager. Sorry if it sounds harsh, but from reading your post it's evident that you don't know much. An AFR of 14.5:1 may or may not be bad, depending on what conditions it happens in. 14.5:1 while cruising on a flat highway is actually just a hair rich. 14.5:1 while WOT, definitely lean and should be fixed before you start damaging things.

Start by watching Hondata's training videos on using KManager. http://www.hondata.com/techk-protraining.html

Then capture a datalog of where you're running lean (WOT? cruising?) and post it here along with the tune you're using and a list of your mods. That way we can see exactly what's wrong and give you advice on how to fix it.
