Running a k20a2 without Kpro

I'm on a budget and not paying for kpro for a swap is a huge plus. Would there be any long term issues running the stock rsx ecu with the k20a2 swap for long periods of time?

Would the timings be all kinda funky from having it on the ep?

I currently have the ep3 comptech shorty, comptech icebox, and JP 2" midpipe and plan to use all 3 with the k20a2. Let me know if there is anythign I should be aware of before I pull the trigger.

instead of the stock rsx ecu you should atleast get a stock rsx-s ecu.

If you have the 6spd trans as well, that set up will work fine with the stock typeS ECU.
