check ebay they are going to be hard to find and very expensive..... IMHO not worth the extra cost over the normal type-r recaros

I think they're worth it...they look great and have the adjustable leg support and they cost just about the same as any other after market racing seats..

the recaro type-r have the adjustable leg support and you will pay anywhere from 600-1000 more for these

I picked up my type-r seats for around $900

why not just buy the recaro sport in jersey red/red suede and call it a day? seats look the same fafik. the sport seats may be softer athan the type r seats but it shouldent matter.. DC5 recaros are better than both, when it comes to holding you inplace, anyways:P llok in ebay.de and ebay.nl and so on europeean contryes and if you keep looking a year or so you might stumble over a set of the red and blak ones that came in the premier and the in the jdm C-package..

I found a set of EP3 Type-R Recaro's with the sliding thigh support about a yr ago.....

worth every penny. comfy, direct bolt in, the thigh support is amazing, and they look great.

    i say do it up.

I too am looking for these seats, but hmotorsonline has them for a little more then I would like to spend. I think some more time looking around, you could find them for a better price. Never the less, good luck!

Oh, and to the one who said about just buying the Recaro Sports, I believe they have them priced at like $1500 per seat if you buy new/direct. I could be wrong, but if that's true, it would be worth it to wait and cross your fingers so you don't end up paying double haha.

yeah i know they cost a shit load of money new from recaro.. but in most cases i have to pay for shipping araound the world, that cost money to :) im thinkng about buyng some recaro speeds for my car, half the price of the sports and more support. But they dont sell them in the jersey red/suede red combo in europe :( Ive also thought about the recaro SR-25 in japan, but then again shipping is a issue..

What do you mean by sliding thigh support? I notice the part under the thigh in the SI ep3 is slightly uncomfortable. They slant up and for people with short legs like me they almost cut off some blood circulation in the thigh.
