    bumping up idle

i've installed an intake race header and exhaust on my 05 civic si k20a3 and it still idols at 800-900 rpm, but now its a bit vibraty "if thats a word" but when i give it gas, at 1000-1100 rpm it idols like stock.
What can i do to bump up the idol to 1000-1100 rpm. i herd k-pro will do it but i really dont want to spend $1000 to do that. does anyone know how i can make my baby idol at 1100 rpm??

    thanks - ep3monaco

Thanks bumpinhach13!!!! i did it this morning. its just a tiny adjustment to the accelerator cable and your done. its right up front under the cover near/on the throtle body.

turn the car on and accelerate at 3k for a few until the fans com on and loosen the lock nut, slide the cable out of the bracket, make your adjustments with the adjustment screw(the only other screw on the cable besides the lock nut) check the tac til you at where u want to be, the repete the steps in reverse to put it back and tighten. i got it at exactly 1100 rpm and now shes back to stock idol. u need 12mm & 10mm open wrench.

This will eventually cause a CEL for a TPS out of range failure.

kpro if you have it. if not there is a lock nut and allen screw under the spring assembely area that stops the butterfly from reverse opening. loosen the nut and carefully adjust the screw till desired rpm then tighten nut. but doing this well screw with the iacv unless you block it off.
