Yea i have never heard of anything like this. I was a fire fighter for 8 years and seen car accident you cant even imagine and entire coils are on the highway off the car, lik this is just a mystery to me. So i ordered Skunk2 lowering springs, i hope they are a lil better lol.

this definitely is out of the norm for this company -- did you try to contact them to let them know? i've had Eibachs (not on the EP) for way longer than you had them and never had any issues.

Ditto^^ I had a set for 40k on my old GTI with no problems - no measurable sag even. I would contact the Company. They should stand behind their springs...

Two years for my pro-kits. Autox with them for two seasons and they're still holding up fine. What you went through is definitely out of the norm. Definitely contact them.

Yea i called them, they where closed today and they dont have a email. Just a answering machine. I mean i have always heard nothing but good things too, until this all the sudden happened. It sucks cuz i almost crashed pretty much. The car dropped and hooked while i was on the highway goin 80. It was pretty serious ha. So i wounder the outcome of all this, If i was a company i would be sending this customer a set of the best coilovers we had over nite, but thats just me

definitely call them up, i have a buddy that's had a pro-kit on his GLI for at least 4 years now, and we run his car pretty hard at autox events. i picked up a little pamphlet up the other day and it says that there is a Million Mile Warranty.

Are you sure the springs aren't counterfeit? I've never hear of that brand breaking like that.
