what fluid to run in water meth kit

I recieved my water meth kit today and i am going to install this weekend im just wondering what to run for the water meth ive heard windshield washer fluid any suggestions

I chose to run straight water for simplicity's sake. I may well be giving up a little power, but I'll never blow my motor because I ran out.

i did the install it is awsome im running windshield washer fluid with methanal in it i love the extra power cat wait to get it tuned

how would you blow the motor when you run out? you can always put a lean cut to protect your engine?
