    You should be able to take the negative off your turn signal and run it to the positive of the parking lights. Kinda the same way you do the always on side markers

    Before starting!!
    the brakelight-lamp fitting i used was from a Civic EK, and is bigger then the one that is originaly used for frontside markers.

    i used a brakelight-lamp fitting to make that.

    includes a bit of wire cutting and reconnection the wires with others though
    ive done it on my EK a while ago:D

    when connecting it you must be sure what Color of 3 is what.
    - Black/Red/Green

    Black is ground, Green (thicker then red) is for Braking/Blinking 21watt power, and Red is for Constant 5watt power
    you must also look how the lightfitting fits in your turnsignal slot (where you put your lightbulb through), because it's difirent then the original one..
    could use a dremel to cut the slot, or maybe you can remove one of 3or4 pins from the ftting
